Update information on applying to change letting condition from 10 to 12 months

With the exception of Lodges owners can apply to Cornwall Council if they wish to change the letting condition from 10 to 12 months. The system and costs have now been changed by Cornwall Council as follows.

As the 10 condition was applied as part of the original planning consent owners applying have to use the full planning procedure and pay £462.00        Full Planning
