Advance bookings for 2022 season

Owners on JFH sites who use the JFH letting scheme have been advised that advance bookings for next year are increasing rapidly following staycation bookings for this year.

To ensure JFH have enough accommodation to sell owners have been asked to confirm their committment ASAP to the letting scheme for 2022.

CMOA advice to members who use the property themselves during the season, is to ensure you book the weeks you require before completing and returning the letting agreement form.

If not in a position to do yet. delay it until you know what bookings you want, if any!

Returning letting agreement form without making any own bookings may deprive you of any weeks required later on.

The cut-off date for the letting form return is 8th December 2021.
