Business Interuption Grant January 2022

Due the increase in Omicron virus infection rate in December the goverment are providing further relief for businesses.

Members claiming business rates will have received an email from Cornwall Council inviting them to apply, if they qualify.

CMOA have clarified the qualification with Cornwall Council as follows:

10 Month letting approval

If you have a 10 month usage agreement you will not be allowed to claim the business interuption grant.

12 Month letting aproval

If you have a 12 month usage agreement, then you are able to apply, if you wish. This must done by 18 March 2022.
