Health & Safety requirements for property letting.

When holiday parks re-open the cleaning of properties after each letting will be more intensive to ensure that hygiene and safety standards protect visitors.

Kenegie Manor has already issued requirements for properties they let and JFH will no doubt do the same when the opening date is announced.

If owners let their properties privately through other agents they will need to check with the agent as to the requirements unless previously advised.

Maintaining high hygiene standards is vital to us all in taking every possible precaution to reduce the risk of the coronavirus being passed on.
