| Good afternoon, Further to my recent update we have now had the opportunity to review our current site restrictions today with the management and housekeeping team. Our Friday, Saturdays and todays arrivals have been extremely responsible so far, and the support from owners has been overwhelming – thank you. All guests completely understood the need to take care of each other and our team and we have been amused by the wide ranging collections of masks that we have seen ! It is with this support and combined effort that any additional restrictions can now be slightly relaxed back to before. However, I am sure you will understand our need to tighten up if this is required to maintain a COVID19 secure park. ARRIVALS ON SITE & SAFETY CHECK No need for any guest to thermoscreen when arriving on-site from Tuesday 07th September 2021. VIRAL FOGGING We will cease viral fogging from Friday 10th September 2021 (unless a guest is staying in-situ for more than 7nights) CLUBHOUSE BUILDING The wearing of masks is compulsory (*unless exempt) We do have sunflower lanyards to support guests and owners if needed. The sanitization of hands on entry to the building is compulsory. This applied to owners as well ! SWIMMING POOL Still on-line booking. Thermo screening on arrival. Hot Tub, Sauna and Changing rooms closed RECOMMENDATIONS Part of our check in procedure is that we are informing and recommending that all guests and owners take a regular lateral flow test during their stay. If not in possession of tests they can be got free of charge from any chemist (nearest Lloyds at Sainsburys) Review: weekly Take care, keep safe, keep sane and keep smiling !
