Electricity Costs JFH sites update March 23.

JFH provided average cost per unit for each site in November 2022. The contract JFH have with their supply company is variable and prices change in line with market prices.

December unit price increased significantly but fell back in January.  As owners are now invoiced quarterly instead of annually the quarterly average is higher than the unit price quoted in November 22. It is hoped costs will continue to fall in the coming months. When prices have stabilised JFH will then enter into a fixed priced contact.
