Where has the season gone this year ? We can’t believe it is October already and now on the run down towards the end of one of our busiest seasons to date !!
We thought we would reach out with details of the end of season and dates for your diary in this short update.

DATES FOR YOU :-
CLOSURE OF FACILITIES
Swimming Pool – Friday 29th October 2021 Open Saturday 12th February 2022
Club House and Old Forge Friday 29th October 2021 Open Friday 11th February 2022
The Housekeeping department will close on Monday 1st November 2021 and will re-open on Friday 11th February 2022.
* The department will only be conducting close down cleaning/spring cleaning and carpet cleaning during this time and will be unable to provide linen or cleaning services in ANY units between Monday 1st November 2021 to Friday 11th February 2022.
Please bear this in mind if you are on the letting scheme or we provide housekeeping services that we will be unable to deliver Winter changeover cleaning services or laundry to you. (The same as in previous seasons)
WINTER OFFICE HOURS
The Estate Office will be open Monday – Fridays 1000 – 1500 only from 01st November 2021
Due to some staff members working from home and staff members working out on site the office will not be open for walk in visitors. Please e-mail or telephone first so we can make sure we have coffee in !
OUT OF HOURS EMERGENCIES
There will be the usual 24/7 out of hours on-site emergency line for genuine emergencies only.
RECEPTION SERVICE FOR WINTER VISITORS
There is no reception service from Saturday 30th October 2021 – Thursday 10th February 2022 for any winter guests. Please ensure that if you have booked guests that they are aware of this.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION MATTERS
BARNS/OLD COURT/PARK BUNGALOWS
We wrote to all owners on 20th September 2021 requesting a copy, as usual, of your up to date building insurance policy. If you have not actioned this please email a copy of the policy to email@example.com
We would strongly recommend that you look carefully at your insurer and not just purchase your policy based on price.
If you are on the letting scheme, thank you so much for allowing us to let your property this year.
Owners statements will be dispatched, as usual next week on or around 30th September 2021 to cover all July and August arrivals.
Advance bookings for 2022 are looking extremely healthy and we are presently starting to compile our 2022 West Cornwall Holidays Brochure.
Christine will write shortly with your Winter Works report, which as usual is a full schedule of condition of the property with recommendations to assist you get your unit in tip-top condition for next year.
Please can we get these reports back as soon as possible this year with your instructions so we can schedule works in. Thanks !
DO YOU WISH TO BE ON THE LETTING SCHEME in 2022?
We have the opening in 2022 to take on three leaseholders on the letting scheme.
If you wish to discuss this with us please email the office by Monday 04th October 2021 and we can send you full details. If we do not think the letting scheme is right for you we will say but we would love to have a discussion with you.
