Electricity charges on JFH sites from November 2022.

JFH have now provided the cost per unit of electricity under the new 3-year variable contract.

St. Ives – 27.82 pence per unit

Perran – 30.50 pence per unit

Tolroy – 29.54 pence per unit

If members are providing heating to their property over the winter period, it is wise to fit a timer to the heater, if possible. This will avoid the heating being on for 24 hours a day and running up an expensive bill.
