Rule of Six and cancellayion of AGM 2020

As the introduction of rule of 6 has enforced the cancellation of this years AGM due to be held at Perran VIew, your committee has decided to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting in the spring of 2021, subject to goverment rules at the time.

CMOA constition states that committee members are to stand down at each AGM and re-stand again for election, if they so wish. This process will now take place at the EGM.
