CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

We wanted to keep in touch to reassure you that you remain at the forefront of our thoughts, and provide you with an update on the latest position regarding the reopening of our parks.

We have been following the government briefings closely and are our current expectation is that hopefully we might reopen on or around the 6th July. As the news changes almost daily we are in the process of adding a link on our website so we can specifically update Owners as things develop. This should be live for you to view within the next 48 hours. Just click on ‘Coronavirus Info’ at the top of our homepage, and then select ‘Owner Updates’.

We have also been working hard with our local MPs, trade associations, and other tourism bodies to lobby the government to allow Owners back onto parks sooner. If there are any developments on this front we will inform you immediately via this link. Hopefully there is now some light at the end of the tunnel.

In terms of what facilities are available when we reopen it is difficult to say, as the situation is constantly evolving. What we can promise is that we will do all we can in line with what is both permissible and practical at the time.

We recognise that it has been disappointing for you not to be able to visit your holiday home due to the Government restrictions, and it is our intention to recognise this in some way. What that might be will be decided when hopefully things have returned to the new normal.

You will be pleased to learn that our managers have been working really hard to maintain and enhance our parks, and make regular patrols to ensure your holiday home and possessions are kept as safe as possible. As always, just let them know if you have any questions or concerns as they will be happy to help if they can.

We are all looking forward to when we can welcome you back to your lovely holiday home.

In the meantime take care, and with every best wishes

John Martyn Fowler
Managing Director
