Hello!  How are you ?  It has been so lovely to welcome so many of you home over the past few weeks.

Just a quick note to inform you that the indoor pool will be open on Monday 27th July 2020.

What do my guests need to do ?

Please ask your guests to visit the safety desk or reception to pick up their pool passes.  You will either be invoiced for the cost of the passes or the guest will be charged according to your agreement.

They will be also be  issued with a password and information on how to book their “time permit” online at 8am daily for the day they wish to swim at www.kenegie-manor.co.uk/bookaswim.

Upon arrival for their time slot they will also need to show their passes, arrive on time and also beach ready.

The Pool will have a strict one way system in place.
The Sauna, Hot Tub and Changing rooms will be closed.

I am an owner and want to swim ?

The day BEFORE you wish to swim please visit reception or the safety desk to get a password to book your “time slot” online.

The password will change frequently.

Is the system fair ?

The system has been extremely carefully thought out to be as fair as possible and not to allow pre-booking to “hog” swimming spots.
Swimming permits are limited to a maximum of one swimming slot per day only bookable from 8am on the day you want to swim.

We understand that implementing additional safety procedures to
allow us to operate the swimming pool complex safely will be restrictive to some.  It may potentially lead to frustration with some but we will not  compromise any of our safety at any  time.  If we consider the complex can not operate safely and guests or owners are abusing the system a decision may be made for the smooth and safe running of the Estate to withdraw the facility without notice.    Be kind, be patient, we are doing our best to be as fair as possible.
