Changing planning rule from 10 to 12 month use.

Following on from CMOA minutes spring 2016. Members wishing to extend 10 months use to 12 months use will need to apply to Cornwall Council Planning. This has to be done on a per property basis and can be completed online. Planning cost is £195.00.
