Travel and overnight stay in Cornwall after 29 March 2021.

Travel restrictions will be lifted in England after the 29 March, if all goes to plan.

The parks are due to open on 12th April and some owners who use the letting schemes of JFH and MJL may still have winter works to complete, if they normally undertake this themselves.

Overnight stays are not allowed except in special circumstances.

CMOA has now obtained a ruling from Cornwall Council and Polce that owners who need to stay overnight for businness purposes only are allowed to do so. Only the person(s) carrying out the work can travel and children are not allowed. Ownerrs may be challenged by police, so tools and other working gear should be visible in cars.
