UPDATE JFH 30 MARCH 2020

Owners information from JFH 30 March 2020

First of all we would like to thank you for observing the government guidelines to stay at home where reasonably possible during this period of National crisis. We have now safely closed all of our parks for business. We appreciate these are worrying times for everyone and we wanted to assure you that a senior member of staff is resident on all of our parks while we are closed to ensure site security.

We care deeply about our owners and their welfare at this time and we are sure you will appreciate that we all have a shared interest to ensure the survival of our parks for our owners, staff and guests.

For those of you that have been unable to use your holiday home, due to the closure to control the spread of the virus, we are considering an allowance for your loss of use. We intend to make this allowance in 2021 and 2022 once we have evaluated the impact of the virus. Further details will be communicated once we have made this evaluation.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your ongoing support, patience and understanding during these difficult times. Please stay safe and we look forward to welcoming you back for your continued enjoyment once this crisis is over.

With very best wishes,

The team at John Fowler Holidays.
