VAT Changes for hospitality sector

To help this sector recover from the lockdown and business closure the government have lowered the VAT temporaly lowered the VAT rate from 20% to 5%.

JFH have now agreed to reduce VAT to 5% on the following charges:

• Ground rent
• Service charges
• Water charge

The reuduced rate is applicable from 15 July to 12 Janaury 2021.

Owners will be cridited the difference on their next statement.
