The Holiday Parks are managed and operated by John Fowler Holidays Ltd and McKinnon Jardine Leisure Ltd.
The Association liaises with the Park owners and management on all matters of concern to the membership in general and is run by a committee of elected members/owners. Each Holiday Park has its own representatives.
Over the years a wealth of knowledge has built up and is available to members at any time.
Members meet twice a year to discuss common issues and provide a forum for suggestions / concerns to be voiced, discussed and acted upon by the Association.
The Association also keeps members informed on legal matters, legislation changes as well as providing access to recommended trades people and more.
The Association looks after owner’s interests at the following parks:
Perran View – St Agnes
St. Ives Holiday Village – Lelant – St. Ives
Tolroy Manor – Hayle
Kenegie Manor – Penzance
If you are an owner, then you need the backing and support of the Association.
Perran View, St. Ives and Tolroy Manor are currently owned and managed by John Fowler Holidays Limited.
Kenegie Manor is owned and managed by McKinnon Jardine Leisure Limited.
If you are an owner then why not join for just £20 a year.
Owners either let their property through the site letting scheme or privately if they wish. Whatever the owner chooses to do the Association is there to look after the owners best interests.
Members meet twice a year, which provides each member with a forum to raise issues, voice concerns on subjects relating letting, maintaining, marketing, health and safety, legal matters etc.
A constitution has been established by owners (click on Constitution) and the Association is run by a committee of owners.
The Association is funded by its members. Each Holiday Park has at least one owner’s representative and is on hand to offer help and advice.
Each member pays an annual subscription which pays for the running costs. Surplus funds go into CMOA legal fund. All committee members volunteer their services and do not receive any remuneration. Members are sent Minutes of every general meeting held.
